A. Facebook Data (via Graph API)
When you connect your Facebook Page to our Service, we access the following data based on the permissions you grant:
Public Profile Information: Name, Profile Picture, and Facebook User ID (Page-Scoped ID) of users interacting with your page.
Comments: The text content, timestamp, and associated Post ID of comments made on your connected Facebook Page.
Messages (DMs): The content of private messages, attachments, timestamps, and sender details sent to your connected Facebook Page.

B. Technical Data & Server Logs
Like most operators, we collect non-personally-identifying information of the sort that servers typically make available. 4. How We Use Your InformationWe use the information we collect strictly to facilitate the synchronisation between Facebook and Intercom.
Conversation Management: We ingest comments and Direct Messages (DMs) from your Facebook Page and create corresponding conversations in Intercom. This allows support agents to reply to Facebook users directly from the Intercom dashboard without logging into Facebook.
Service Operation: Technical data (logs) is used to monitor the stability of the integration, debug errors, and ensure the security of our Service.

Intercom: Data collected from Facebook (comments, messages, and user identifiers) is transmitted to Intercom. This is required to create the "User" and "Conversation" entities within your Intercom workspace.
